皮下结节刺络拔罐法治疗乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的研究

摘　　要：目的 分析皮下结节刺络拔罐法治疗乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的治疗疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年4月江阴市人民医院收治的乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者40例,依照随机信封法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例;对照组患者行上肢功能锻炼操干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用皮下结节刺络拔罐进行干预;比较两组上肢肿胀程度、肩关节活动度、痛觉、患者肢体运动功能及日常生活能力。结果 治疗后观察组患者上肢腕横纹、腕上10 cm肘横纹处、肘横纹上10 cm处患肢周径均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肩关节活动度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者痛觉评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者肢体运动功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者采用皮下结节刺络拔罐法治疗可改善患者上肢功能和生活质量,提高治疗临床疗效。Objective To analyze the curative effect of subcutaneous nodule pricking and cupping on postoperative lymphedema of breast cancer.Methods 40 patients with lymphedema after breast cancer surgery who were admitted to Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random envelope method,with 20 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were intervened by upper limb functional exercises,and the observation group was intervened by subcutaneous nodule pricking and cupping on the basis of the control group.The degree of swelling of the upper limbs,range of motion of the shoulder joint,pain sensation,motor function of the patients' limbs and the ability of daily living were compared.Results After treatment,the wrist stripes on the upper limb,the elbow stripes 10 cm on the wrist,and the circumference of the affected limb 10 cm above the elbow stripes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mobility of shoulder joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,pain score of observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor function scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the daily living ability score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The subcutaneous nodule pricking and cupping method can improve the upper limb function and quality of life of
