加味当归补血汤治疗肺癌放疗后白细胞减少的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察加味当归补血汤在肺癌放疗后白细胞减少中的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2023年3月期间盱眙县人民医院收治的肺癌放疗后白细胞减少患者85例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组(43例,采用西药常规治疗)和观察组(42例,采用加味当归补血汤治疗)。观察治疗前后白细胞水平和淋巴细胞亚群水平变化情况。结果 观察组有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.318,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞水平均显著提高,较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者淋巴细胞亚群水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加味当归补血汤在肺癌放疗后白细胞减少患者中具有显著效果,能有效提升患者白细胞水平,还可增强机体免疫功能。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Danggui Buxue Decoction on leukopenia of lung cancer after radiotherapy.Methods A total of eighty-five cases of lung cancer patients with leukopenia after radiotherapy treated in Xuyi County People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(43 patients receiving conventional western medicine treatment) and observation group(42 patients receiving modified Danggui Buxue Decoction treatment) according to random number table method.The changes of leukocyte level and lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,higher than that of the control group(81.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.318,P<0.05).After treatment,the leukocyte levels in the observation group were significantly increased,and the data was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of lymphocyte subsets in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction has significant effect in patients with leukopenia after lung cancer radiotherapy,can effectively improve the level of leukocytes in patients,but also enhance the body's immune function.
