血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的检验价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的检验价值。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年6月福建省龙岩市长汀县汀州中医院100例疑似2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,指导患者进行尿糖检验、血糖检验与口服葡萄糖耐量试验,以口服葡萄糖耐量试验结果为金标准,统计患者的尿糖、血糖检验结果及检验参数。结果 口服葡萄糖耐量试验显示,100例疑似患者中有80例确诊2型糖尿病,疾病确诊率为80.00%,将确诊患者设为阳性,未确诊患者设为阴性。尿糖检验显示,真阳性66例,真阴性14例,阳性72例,阴性28例;血糖检验显示,真阳性78例,真阴性19例,阳性79例,阴性21例。血糖检验的准确度、敏感度、特异度、阴性预测值优于尿糖检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但血糖检验、尿糖检验的阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 尿糖检验、血糖检验在2型糖尿病临床诊断中可发挥显著作用,但后者诊断价值明显优于前者,临床诊断效能更佳。Objective To analyze the value of blood glucose test and urine glucose test in diabetic patients.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,100 patients with suspected type 2 diabetes admitted to the Fujian Longyan Changting county ting state hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were instructed to carry out urine glucose test,blood glucose test and oral glucose tolerance test.With the results of oral glucose tolerance test as the gold standard,the urine glucose,blood glucose test results and test parameters of patients were counted.Results Oral glucose tolerance test showed that 80 of 100 suspected patients were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,and the disease diagnosis rate was 80.00%.The confirmed patients were set as positive and the undiagnosed patients as negative.Urinary glucose test showed that 66 cases were true positive,14 cases were true negative,72 cases were positive,and 28 cases were negative;The blood glucose test showed that 78 cases were true positive,19 cases were true negative,79 cases were positive,and 21 cases were negative.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,and negative predictive value of blood glucose test were better than those of urine glucose test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no statistically significant difference in the positive predictive values of blood glucose and urine glucose tests(P>0.05).Conclusion Urine glucose test and blood glucose test can play a significant role in the clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes,but the diagnostic value of the latter is significantly better than the former,and the clinical diagnostic efficacy is better.
