超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血脂检验在糖尿病新发患者中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的 分析超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)与血脂检验在糖尿病新发患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年12月武警贵州总队医院内一科收治的糖尿病患者50例为观察组,另将同一时期收治的健康志愿者共50例作为对照组,比较两组血糖水平、hs-CRP与血脂高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)以及血清总胆固醇(serum total cholesterol,TC),同时分析血糖与hs-CRP、血脂(HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、TC)相关性。结果 观察组血糖、hs-CRP与血脂水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同空腹血糖患者的hs-CRP与血脂水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者血糖水平与血脂水平、hs-CRP均为正相关关联。结论 在糖尿病新发患者的临床检验中不仅可通过血糖观察疾病严重程度,同时还可利用hs-CRP与血脂评估患者的病情状态与疾病治疗效果,对临床诊断与治疗有重要意义。Objective To analyze the application value of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and blood lipid test in new occurred patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 50 newly diagnosed diabetes patients admitted to the Internal Section One of Guizhou Armed Police Corps Hospital in recent years from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and a total of 50 healthy volunteers admitted during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of blood glucose,hs-CRP,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG) and serum total cholesterol(TC) were compared between the two groups.Analyzed the correlation between blood glucose and hs-CRP,blood lipids(HDL-C,LDL-C,TG,TC).Results The blood glucose,hs-CRP,and lipid levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in hs-CRP and blood lipid levels among patients with different fasting blood glucose levels(P<0.05).Blood glucose level was positively correlated with blood lipid level and hs-CRP level.Conclusion In the clinical examination of new patients with diabetes,not only the severity of the disease can be observed by blood sugar,but also the condition status and treatment effect of the disease can be evaluated by hs-CRP and blood lipid,which is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
