探讨健康教育及饮食指导在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年糖尿病患者联合应用健康教育、饮食指导的效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年9月厦门市福利中心松柏医院收治的100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,应用双色球法分组,红球共计50例,设为对照组,实施常规护理;黄球共计50例,设为观察组,联用健康教育、饮食指导。比较两组血糖水平,自我管理能力、日常生活能力、睡眠质量评分。结果 与对照组比较,护理3个月后观察组血糖水平、睡眠质量评分更低,成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表评分、日常生活能力量表评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年糖尿病患者联用健康教育、饮食指导,可改善血糖水平、睡眠质量,增强自我管理能力和日常生活能力,具有显著价值。Objective To explore the effect of health education and diet guidance in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods From January 2020 to September 2022,100 elderly diabetic patients admitted to Songbai Hospital of Xiamen Welfare Center were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by double chromosphere method.A total of 50 cases of red ball were set as the control group,and routine nursing was carried out.A total of 50 cases of yellow ball were set as the observation group,combined with health education and dietary guidance.The blood glucose levels,self-management ability,daily living ability and sleep quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,after 3 months of nursing,the blood glucose level and sleep quality score of the observation group were lower,the score of the adult health self-management ability assessment scale and the score of the daily living ability scale were higher,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of health education and diet guidance in elderly patients with diabetes can improve blood glucose level,sleep quality,enhance self-management ability and daily life ability,which has significant value.
