和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变的效果及对其血管瘤体积、黄斑厚度、视野灰度值、出血斑面积的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析对早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者采用和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗的效果及对其视野灰度值、血管瘤体积、出血斑面积、黄斑厚度的影响。方法 选取2021年3月—2023年3月徐州市贾汪区人民医院诊治的90例早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=45,给予羟苯磺酸钙片治疗)和观察组(n=45,给予和血明目片+羟苯磺酸钙片治疗)。对比两组治疗前后的眼底检查相关指标、血糖水平,统计两组临床治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组视野灰度值、血管瘤体积、出血斑面积、黄斑厚度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.44%,与对照组的11.11%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者中采用和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗,能够促进患者眼底病变改善,降低血糖水平,强化临床治疗效果,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of using Hexue Mingmu tablets combined with calcium dobesilate tablets in the treatment of patients with early diabetic retinopathy and the effect on the patients' visual field gray value,hemangioma volume,hemorrhagic spot area,and macular thickness.Methods Ninety patients with early diabetic retinopathy diagnosed and treated in Jiawang District People's Hospital of Xuzhou City from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=45,given calcium dobesilate tablets treatment) and observation group(n=45,given Hexue Mingmu tablets + calcium dobesilate tablets treatment) according to the method of random number table.The fundus examination related indexes and blood glucose level before and after the treatment of the two groups,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the visual field gray value,hemangioma volume,hemorrhagic spot area and macular thickness of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44% compared with 11.11% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of early diabetic retinopathy patients with Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with calcium dobesilate tablets can promote the improvement of patients' fundus lesions,reduce the blood glucose level,strengthen the clinical therapeutic effect,and have a high degree of safety.
