半夏白术天麻汤加减配合中药热奄包治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 研究和探讨半夏白术天麻汤加减配合中药热奄包治疗痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法随机选取2021年1月—2022年4月广东省农垦中心医院中医科82例痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕患者,通过随机数表法进行分组处理,将41例患者纳入对照组,余下41例患者归入治疗组,其中,对照组采用盐酸倍他司汀注射液静滴,治疗组在对照组基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤加减配合中药热奄包治疗。对两组患者的颈性眩晕症状评分、生活质量评分、治疗效果、不良反应发生率进行对比观察。结果 治疗干预后,治疗组的眩晕评分、头痛评分、肩颈痛评分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者生活质量评分为(87.61±2.61)分,显著高于对照组的(73.25±1.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生概率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在痰浊中阻型颈性眩晕治疗过程中,利用半夏白术天麻汤+中药热奄包联合治疗方案,能够达到理想的治疗效果,使患者的不适症状得到良好改善,避免不良反应的发生,强化患者的生活品质。Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods A total of eighty-two patients with cervical vertigo in the department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Central Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were randomly selected.Forty-one patients were included in the control group and the remaining forty-one patients were included in the treatment group by random number table.The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride injection,and the treatment group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Reyanbao.Cervical vertigo symptom score,quality of life score,therapeutic effect and probability of adverse reactions were compared and observed between the two groups.Results After treatment intervention,the vertigo score,headache score and shoulder and neck pain score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.49%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the treatment group was(87.61±2.61) points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.25±1.73) points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The probability of adverse reactions was 4.88% in the treatment group,lower than 19.51% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cervical vertigo with phlegm turbidness,the combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Reyanbao can achieve the ideal therapeutic effect,improve the discomfort of patients,avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions,and strengthen the quality of life of patients.
