摘　　要：目的 研究快速康复护理模式对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者术后排气时间及护理满意度的影响。方法 方便选取2022年3月—2023年3月厦门大学附属第一医院日间手术中心病房收治的腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者150例为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为两组,每组75例,两组患者均行单侧卵巢囊肿剥除术。其中,接受常规护理的75例患者设为对照组,接受快速康复护理的75例患者设为研究组。对比两组患者护理后恢复效果、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analog Score,VAS)评分、术后并发症及护理满意度。结果 研究组术后首次排气时间(10.58±2.34)h、下床活动时间(8.74±2.35)h、尿管留置时间(10.78±2.43)h均短于对照组的(16.55±2.89)、(16.32±2.66)、(18.61±2.93)h,差异有统计学意义(t=13.904、18.495、17.814,P<0.05)。研究组术后2、12、24 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为1.33%,低于对照组的10.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.255,P<0.05)。研究组护理满意率为98.67%,高于对照组的88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复护理用于腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除手术患者,可促进其术后恢复,减轻疼痛,且可降低并发症,提高患者的满意度。Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on postoperative exhaust time and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods 150 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal who were admitted to the Day Surgery Center Ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2022 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 75 patients in each group.Both groups of patients underwent unilateral ovarian cyst removal surgery.Among them,75 patients receiving routine care were set as the control group,and 75 patients receiving rapid rehabilitation care were set as the research group.Compared the postoperative recovery effect,Visual Analog Score(VAS) score for pain,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.Results The first postoperative exhaust time(10.58±2.34) h,ambulation time(8.74±2.35) h,and catheter retention time(10.78±2.43) h in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(16.55±2.89) h,(16.32±2.66) h,and(18.61±2.93) h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.904,18.495,17.814,P<0.05).The VAS scores of the study group at 2,12,and 24 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 1.33% lower than 10.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.255,P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the research group was 98.67%,which was higher than the 88.00%of the control group's overall nursing satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy can promote postoperative recovery,reduce pain,reduce complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
