红藤散结汤结合左氧氟沙星片对慢性子宫内膜炎患者证候评分、炎症指标的调节

摘　　要：目的 研究红藤散结汤结合左氧氟沙星片对慢性子宫内膜炎患者证候评分、炎症指标的调节作用。方法 便利选取2021年6月—2022年8月福州市妇幼保健院中医科收治的58例慢性子宫内膜炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=29)单以左氧氟沙星片开展治疗,研究组(n=29)于对照组基础上联合使用红藤散结汤,治疗1个月后,以中医证候评分、炎症指标、治疗效果以及不良反应作为观察指标,对比组间治疗效果。结果 治疗后,研究组各项中医症候积分明显均低于对照组,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-6(inter leukin-6,IL-6)以及C反应蛋白(C-reactive protei,CPR)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率96.55%较对照组72.41%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.734,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 红藤散结汤结合左氧氟沙星片用于慢性子宫内膜炎治疗可有效改善患者临床症状,调节炎症因子水平,疗效显著,且安全性高。Objective To study the regulatory effect of Hongteng Sanjie Decoction combined with levofloxacin tablet on syndrome score and inflammation index in patients with chronic endometritis.Methods 58 patients with chronic endometritis admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to August 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by numerical random table method.The control group(n=29) was treated with levofloxacin tablets alone,and the study group(n=29) was treated with Hongteng Sanjie Decoction combined with the control group.After 1 month of treatment,TCM syndrome score,inflammation index,therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were used as observation indexes to compare the therapeutic effect between groups.Results After treatment,in the study group,the scores of TCM symptoms were significantly lower than that in the control group,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein(CPR) were lower than those in the control group,and IL-4 was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.55%,higher than that of the control group of 72.41%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.734,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hongteng Sanjie Decoction combined with levofloxacin tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic endometritis,regulate the level of inflammatory factors,and have significant efficacy and high safety,worthy of promotion.
