摘 要:玉米赤霉烯酮(zearalenone,ZEA)是一种由镰刀菌所产生的真菌毒素,存在于日常谷物中,能通过食物链的累积对人类和动物产生危害,减弱其生殖能力,甚至影响子代的健康。近年来,越来越多的研究聚焦在ZEA诱导毒性过程中的表观遗传改变,包括DNA甲基化、非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNAs)和蛋白质翻译后修饰(protein post-translational modifications,PTM),其过程被认为是ZEA诱导毒性反应的重要分子机制之一。基于近年来发表的文献资料,本文主要总结了DNA甲基化、ncRNAs和PTM在ZEA暴露后的毒性反应中扮演的角色,并且讨论了目前的主要研究方法的不足,并提出了相关建议。本文有助于更好地理解ZEA诱导毒性中表观遗传学改变,为分析其毒理学机制以及后续研究提供了一定理论依据。Zearalenone(ZEA)is a mycotoxin produced by Fusarium oxysporum,which exists in daily cereals and can harm humans and animals through the accumulation of food chain,weaken reproductive capacity,and even affect the health of offspring.In recent years,more and more studies have focused on the epigenetic changes induced by ZEA,including DNA methylation,non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)and protein post-translational modification(PTM).The process is considered to be one of the important molecular mechanisms of ZEA induced toxicity.Based on the literature published in recent years,this reviewmainly summarized the roles of DNA methylation,ncRNAs and protein PTM in the development of toxic reactions after ZEA exposure,and discussed the shortcomings of the current main research methods,and put forward relevant suggestions.This review will help to better understand the epigenetic changes in ZEA induced toxicity,and provide a theoretical basis for analyzing its toxicological mechanism and subsequent research.
