摘　　要：目的 探讨磁共振-弥散张量成像(MRI-DTI)参数对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的评估价值。方法 选择2019年2月-2021年2月医院收治的76例脑卒中患者为研究对象,患者出院后随访3个月时,采用Fugl-Meyer量表评估其肢体功能恢复情况并分组,分为恢复良好组与恢复不佳组。调查并记录患者基线资料及出院时MRI-DTI参数:各向异性分数(FA)值,分析FA值对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复情况的评估价值。结果 随访3个月时,全部76例患者中恢复不佳27例,占35.53%(27/76);恢复不佳组患者FA值低于恢复良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FA值评估脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复不佳的AUC为0.828(95%CI:0.738~0.917),具有一定评估价值,且当FA值取0.405时,可获得最佳评估价值。结论 MRI-DTI参数对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复具有较高评估价值。Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging-diffusion tensor imaging(MRI-DTI)parameters on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients.Methods 76 stroke patients treated in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,patients were followed up for 3 months after discharge,Fugl-Meyer scale was used to evaluate the recovery of limb function and divided into two groups:good recovery group and poor recovery group.The baseline data of patients and MRI-DTI parameters at discharge:fractional anisotropy(FA)were investigated and recorded,the value of FA value in evaluating the recovery of limb function in stroke patients was analyzed.ResultsAfter 3 months of follow-up,27 of the 76 patients had poor recovery,accounting for 35.53%(27/76);the FA value of patients in poor recovery group was lower than that in good recovery group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the AUC of poor recovery of limb function in stroke patients assessed by FA value was 0.828(95%CI:0.738~0.917),which had certain appraisal value,and when the FA value was 0.405,the best evaluation value could be obtained.Conclusion MRI-DTI parameters have high value in evaluating the recovery of limb function in stroke patients.
