可视化管理在普通结肠镜中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨可视化管理在普通结肠镜的肠道准备和检查中的应用价值。方法 选取内镜中心513名普通结肠镜患者随机分为试验组(n=262)和对照组(n=251),对照组采用传统(口头和书面)肠道准备宣教,试验组增加智能管理应用和可视化宣教。比较两组患者肠道准备质量,息肉检出率和回肠末端插管率,进镜及退镜时间和患者检查中的耐受度。结果 试验组肠道准备质量,回肠末段插管成功率,息肉检出率、耐受度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组进镜时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组比较,退镜时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 可视化管理可以提高患者的肠道准备质量和检查效率,减少患者重复检查,提高医疗资源利用率,减轻患者检查时的痛苦,增加患者依从性和满意度。可视化管理在普通结肠镜检查中具有一定的价值。Objective To explore the application value of whole-process visualization management in intestinal preparation and inspection of ordinary colonoscopy.Methods A total of 513 patients undergoing common colonoscopy in the endoscopy center were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=262)and control group(n=251).In the control group,oral and written intestinal preparation education was adopted,while in the experimental group,visualization management application and propaganda visualizationd were added.The quality of intestinal preparation of patients,the detection rate of polyps and terminal ileum intubation,the time of entering and exiting the endoscope,and the tolerance of patients during examination were compared between the two groups.Results The intestinal preparation quality,the success rate of terminal ileal intubation,the detection rate of polyps and tolerance of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of entering the lens in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the withdrawal time(P>0.05).Conclusion Visualization management can improve the quality of patients'intestinal preparation and inspection efficiency,reduce patients'repeated inspections,improve the utilization of medical resources,relieve patients'pain during examination,and increase patient compliance and satisfaction.The whole-process visualization management has certain value in the ordinary colonoscopy.
