阿利沙坦酯与培哚普利叔丁胺片治疗射血分数保留性心衰的对比分析

摘　　要：目的 对比分析阿利沙坦酯与培哚普利叔丁胺片治疗射血分数保留性心衰(HFpEF)的疗效。方法 选择我院2017-2020年HFpEF患者共104例,用随机数字法将患者分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=52)。观察组给予阿利沙坦酯进行治疗,对照组给予培哚普利叔丁胺片进行治疗,对比分析两组治疗HFpEF患者的疗效。比较两组患者治疗前后的心功能指标:NYHA分级、血清脑钠肽(BNP)、6min步行试验(6MWT)的水平,比较两组患者治疗前后血清炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,观察两组患者临床疗效比较,观察两组患者治疗后不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,两组患者NYHA分级、血清BNP水平与治疗前相比均有所下降,治疗后两组患者6MWT均变长,且观察组改善情况比对照组好(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的炎症因子IL-6、hs-CRP水平均显著降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,观察组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,观察组不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 HFpEF患者的治疗选择药物,与培哚普利叔丁胺片相比,阿利沙坦酯具有口服吸收性好、患者易接受、安全系数高、不良反应少等特点,治疗效果快速且明显,能有效改善患者生活质量。Objective To compare the efficacy of allisartan isoproxil and perindopril tablets in the treatment of heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction(HFpEF).Methods A total of 104 HFpEF patients in our hospital from 2017 to 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by random number table methods,each with 52 cases.Observation group received allisartan isoproxil treatment,while control group received perindopril tablets.Then various indexes were compared between groups,including clinical outcomes,cardiac function New York Heart Association(NYHA)grade,serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),6-minute Walking Test(6MWT),serum inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)as well as adverse reactions.Results After treatment,there was an improvement in NYHA grade,serum BNP level and 6MWT,and the improvement was more significant in observation group than in control group(all P<0.05).IL-6 and hs-CRP levels were decreased in both groups after treatment,and the levels were significant lower in observation group than in control group(all P<0.05).Compared with control group,observation group had higher clinical efficacy rate and lower adverse reaction rate(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with perindopril tablets,allisartan isoproxil treatment for HFpEF patients has the advantages of better oral absorption,higher compliance rate,higher safety,less adverse reactions,rapid and obvious treatment effect,and better quality of life.
