银丹心脑通胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋伴眩晕的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的 探讨银丹心脑通胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋伴眩晕的效果及安全性。方法 选择2019年1月至2021年12月河南省漯河市中医院门诊及住院突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者45例,以治疗方法不同分为对照组(采用糖皮质激素治疗)22例与研究组(在对照组治疗的基础上联合银丹心脑通胶囊治疗)23例。观察2组突发性耳聋治疗效果、眩晕治疗效果及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组突发性耳聋治疗有效率比对照组高(95.65%VS 72.73%,P<0.05)。研究组与对照组治疗期间不良反应发生率相近(13.04%VS 9.09%,P>0.05)。结论 对突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者采用银丹心脑通胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗,可提高治疗有效率,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Yindan Xinnaotong capsule combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of sudden deafness with vertigo.Methods A total of 45 patients with sudden deafness and vertigo in the outpatient and inpatient hospital of Luohe Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Henan Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(treated with glucocorticoids),22 cases,and the study group,based on the treatment of the control group,combined with Yindanxinnaotong Capsules,with 23 cases.The treatment effect of sudden deafness,vertigo treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment for sudden deafness in the study group was higher than that in the control group(95.65%VS 72.73%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the study group and the control group was similar(13.04%VS 9.09%,P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with sudden deafness and vertigo,Yindan Xinnaotong Capsules combined with glucocorticoids can improve the treatment efficiency and have high safety.
