痰瘀互结型STEMI采用注射用重组人尿激酶原联合活血化痰方治疗疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨痰瘀互结型急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)采用注射用重组人尿激酶原联合活血化痰方治疗疗效。方法 选取河南省三门峡市渑池县中医院2019年12月-2021年11月的收治的87例痰瘀互结型STEMI患者列为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,43例对照组采用重组人尿激酶原治疗,44例观察组采用重组人尿激酶原联合活血化痰方治疗。临床疗效、生化指标及并发症发生率比较。结果 观察组临床总有效率为93.18%,显著高于对照组临床总有效率74.41%(P<0.05);TC、TG、LDL、HDL指标同治疗前比较,均有所改善,且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05);观察组与对照组并发症发生率分别为11.36%、32.56%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 痰瘀互结型STEMI患者通过注射用重组人尿激酶原联合活血化痰方治疗后能显著提高临床疗效,降低不良反应,具有一定的安全性。Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human prourokinase injection combined with Huoxue Huatan Recipe in acute segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)with phlegm-blood stasis.Methods 87 patients with Phlegm Blood Stasis STEMI treated in Mianchi County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Sanmenxia City,Henan Province from December 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into observation group and control group.43 cases in the control group were treated with recombinant human prourokinase,and 44 cases in the observation group were treated with recombinant human prourokinase combined with Huoxue Huatan formula.Comparison of clinical efficacy,biochemical indexes and incidence of complications.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than 74.41%in the control group(P<0.05);The indexes of TC,TG,LDL and HDL were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group were 11.36%and 32.56%respectively,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with STEMI with phlegm and blood stasis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions after injection of recombinant human urokinase combined with Huoxue Huatan formula.
