浅谈加强病历档案管理的几点思考

摘　　要：在信息化快速发展的形势下,医疗机构迎来了新的挑战,不断完善、升级医疗信息化服务凸显重要,其中病历档案信息的优劣堪称是医院医疗质量、服务质量考核依据之一,而且是重中之重。因此,加强病历档案管理,提高病历档案的开发利用,服务于医疗质量的提高;服务于患者就医;服务于医疗保险及司法鉴定等是当务之急。加强病历档案管理更是为构建完整的智慧医疗系统,服务于“健康中国”的需要。With the rapid development of information technology,medical institutions are facing new challenges.It is important to improve and upgrade medical information services continuously.The quality of medical record archives information is particularly important,and can be regarded as one of the criteria for assessing the quality of medical treatment and service in hospitals.In addition,the first priority is on strengthening the management of medical record archives,improving the development and utilization of medical record archives,serving the improvement of medical quality,serving patients for medical treatment and serving medical insurance and judicial appraisal.Strengthening the management of medical record archives is more important for building a complete intelligent medical system and serving the needs of"Healthy China".
