不可言说的情爱——论《J.阿尔弗瑞德·普鲁弗洛克的情歌》中的道德焦虑

摘　　要：T.S.艾略特的《J.阿尔弗瑞德·普鲁弗洛克的情歌》极力展现了求爱的繁复心理过程。然而诗歌中被求爱的女性身份不明,且其真实在场的可能性十分可疑。主人公普鲁弗洛克明显表达了对女性的真实欲望,但是面对道德的拷问,作者巧妙地借由狂放想象的方式填补情歌中心的空白、帮助主人公解脱身体的痛苦及规避社会道德的评判。同时,借助普鲁弗洛克代理人的身份,艾略特融合个人的身体认知、心理现实和家庭渊源传达了道德焦虑的心声。"The Love Song of J.Alfred Prufrock"shows the complicated psychological process of courtship.However,the unidentified woman in the poem possibly lacks the reality of presence,while Prufrock obviously shows his sexual desire for women.Yet facing with the ethical dilemma,the poet Eliot skillfully fills the central void of his love song,relieves Prufrock's body pain and helps him escape from social conventions by means of rhapsody.While using Prufrock as his agent,Eliot integrates embodied cognition on the body,psychological reality and family background to express his ethical anxiety.
