论聂毓禅在近代中国护理发展史中的地位与作用

摘　　要：目的描述聂毓禅在近代中国护理发展史中发挥的作用及产生的影响。方法通过对历史资料和文献的分析和研究,对近代护理发展时期聂毓禅的事迹和贡献进行总结和梳理。结果聂毓禅是中国护理事业的重要开拓者,在近代中国护理事业曲折发展的背景下,聂毓禅为中国培养了一大批优秀的护理师资和护理领军人才,在高等护理教育、公共卫生护理、国际交流等领域做出突出贡献。结论聂毓禅对近代中国护理事业的发展和壮大有显著影响,她的贡献和影响对今后国内护理事业的发展和人才培养提供了重要借鉴和启示。Objective To describe the role and influence of Nieh Yuchan in the history of nursing development in modern China.Methods The historical materials and articles related to Nieh Yuchan in English and Chinese were searched and read,and the deeds and influences of Nieh Yuchan in the development of nursing were summarized and sorted out.Results Nieh Yuzhen was an important pioneer of nursing in China.Against the backdrop of the tortuous development of modern China's nursing,she made outstanding contributions in the fields of higher nursing education,public health nursing,and international exchanges.Conclusion In the context of the tortuous development of nursing in modern China,Nieh Yuchan trained a large number of excellent nursing educators and nursing leaders for China,and had an important influence on the development and growth of nursing in China.
