“中国式现代化”视域下跨文化传播观念的重构

摘　　要：新时代的跨文化传播实践需求催生新的指导观念。党的二十大报告中关于中国式现代化的重要论述为重构跨文化传播观念提供了崭新视域。笔者曾提出的“现代性诉求的民族性表达”这一跨文化传播模式应与时偕行,以重要论述为契机补充新的时代内涵。作为这一模式的前提,“中华民族共同体”应成为作为文化主体的中国在当下主权国家时代投身世界跨文化传播潮流的唯一合理文化身份。“人类命运共同体”则是这一模式的终极指向与全人类跨文化传播的未来理想图景。中国的跨文化传播事业应在民族性与现代性的张力中把握平衡,遵循“两步走”的步骤稳步实现理想。The practical demands of inter-cultural communication in the new era give birth to new guiding concepts.The important discussion on"Chinese path to modernization"in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provides a new perspective for reconstructing the concept of inter-cultural communication.The inter-cultural communication model of"the national expression of modernistic pursuit"proposed bythe author should keepup withthe times and use theabove important discussion as an opportunity tosupplement new era connotations.Asthe premise of this model,"A communityy fotrhe Chinese nation"should becomettheonly reasonablecultural identity for China as a cultural subject to devote itself tothe world's inter-cultural communication trend in the current era of sovereign state."A community with ashared future of mankind"is theultimate directionof themodel andthe idea1lprospect for the futureofiinter-cultural communication ofall mankind.Chinese inter-cultural communication cause should balance the tension between nationality and modernity,and follow the"twosteps"process tosteadily achieve its ideals.
