摘　　要：为厘清村集体以中介身份参与是否有助于优化农地流转市场,采用文献综述、理论分析和多案例比较等方法,对农地流转市场的现实困境、背后根源与破解措施进行了研究。在构建理论框架和结合广东实践的基础上,提出了村集体作为中介组织参与农地流转有助于破解困境,助推农地流转市场优化发展的思路。结果表明:第一,历史锁定、市场失灵和制度安排共同导致农村土地流转的现实困境;第二,在法定权利和社会责任下,村集体所具有的治理性、独立性和代表性等特点,有助于解决当前农地流转市场的现实困境,进而优化市场;第三,村集体参与农地流转有多种模式,须依据村域农地的实际情况,准确定位村集体在农地流转中的角色担当,方能凸显村集体在农地流转中的作用与优势,实现农地高效率、高效益、高效果的流转。In order to clarify whether the participation of village collective as an intermediary help to optimize the agricultural land transfer market,literature review,theoretical analysis and multi-case comparison are used to study the realistic predicament of the agricultural land transfer market,the causes behind it and the measures to solve it.Based on constructing the theoretical framework and combining it with the practice in Guangdong,the study puts forward the idea that village collectives as an intermediary to participate in the agricultural land transfer will help solve the dilemma and optimize the development of the agricultural land transfer market.The results show that:Firstly,the historical lock,market failure,and institutional arrangement lead to the real dilemma of rural land transfer.Secondly,under the legal rights and social responsibilities,the village collective has the characteristics of governance,independence,and representativeness,which are helpful to solve the current practical predicament of the agricultural land transfer market,to optimize the market.Thirdly,there are various modes of village collectives'participation in the transfer of agricultural land.In conclusion,it is necessary to accurately define the role of village collectives in the transfer of agricultural land according to the actual situation of rural land,to highlight the role and advantages of village collectives in the transfer of agricultural land,and realize the transfer of agricultural land with high efficiency,high benefit,and high effect.
