摘 要:为拓展药学服务广度与深度,2022年3月,某三级甲等医院依托临床专科门诊开设了医药联合门诊,通过制定门诊固定排班制,明确服务对象,建立门诊就诊流程和质量管理制度,规范药师沟通模式,为患者提供"一站式"的规范化药学服务。截至2022年12月,医药联合门诊累计开诊100余次,服务患者1709例。该实践为促进我国医疗机构药学服务的规范化发展提供参考。In order to expand the breadth and depth of pharmaceutical services,in March 2022,a tertiary hospital opened a physician-pharmacist joint clinic based on clinical specialty clinics.The hospital formulated a fixed outpatient scheduling system,clarified service targets,established outpatient treatment processes and quality management systems,and standardized pharmacist communication models,to provide patients with"one-stop"standardized pharmaceutical services.As of December 2022,the pharmaceutical joint outpatient service had opened more than 100 consultations and served 1709 patients.This practice provided reference for promoting the high-quality development of pharmaceutical services in medical institutions in China.
