精细化管理在眼科手术室人工晶体管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在眼科手术室人工晶体管理中的应用。方法通过构建和实施精细化管理体系,建立人工晶体管理系统,实现二级库管理。采用信息化助力全程闭环管理,专人专管、专柜放置,将“以领定支”改为“以耗定支”,根据日常使用情况确定库存基数,根据手术情况适时弹性调整,及时申购。重视日清月结,每天清点核对,及时纠错,保证临床使用。结果实施精细化管理优化流程,实现人工晶体系统化管理,减少差错,控制成本,提高护理管理水平。结论对人工晶体进行系统化、精确化管理,可保证人工晶体使用的安全性和可追溯性,提高工作效率,提升手术室护理质量。Objective To explore the application of delicacy management in intraocular lens management in ophthalmic operating room.Methods Through the construction of the delicacy management system and intraocular lens management system,to achieve the two-level library management.Informationization was used in the whole closed-loop management,and speciallyassigned person and counters were placed."Expenditure was determined by using registration"was reformed to"Expenditure was determined by consumption".the inventory base was determined according to the daily use with flexible adjustment and timely purchase according to the operation situation.More attention was paid to the daily and monthly clearance.Checked items every day,and corrected errors timely to ensure clinical use.Results The implementation of delicacy management optimized the process,realized the systematic management of intraocular lens,reduced errors,controlled costs,and improved the level of nursing management.Conclusion Systematic and delicacy management of intraocular lens can ensure the safety and traceability of intraocular lens use,improve work efficiency nursing quality in the operating room.
