摘　　要：目的对某地市级医院安全文化进行调查分析并评价改进情况。方法以某地市级医院医生为研究对象,采用美国德克萨斯大学安全态度问卷(safety attitudes questionnaire,SAQ)调查医院安全文化现状,分析总表、各维度、各条目积极反应率,明确优先改进条目和影响因素,有针对性制定改善措施并执行,评价改善成效。结果改进措施实施后,SAQ问卷各维度、各条目积极反应率明显提升(p<0.01)。结论依据医院安全文化调查分析结果,有针对性制定和实施改善措施可有效提升地市级医院安全文化。Objective To investigate and analyze the safety culture of a prefecture-level hospital and evaluate its improvement.Methods Doctors in a prefecture-level hospital were selected as the research objects,and the safety attitudes questionnaire(SAQ)of the University of Texas was used to investigate the current situation of hospital safety culture.The positive response rate of the general table,each dimension and each item were analyzed,and the priority items for improvement and influencing factors were identified.Targeted improvement measures were developed and implemented and improvement effectiveness were evaluated.Results After the implementation of the improvement measures,the positive response rate of each dimension and item of SAQ was significantly increased(p<0.01).Conclusion According to the investigation and analysis results of hospital safety culture,developing and implementing targeted measures could effectively improve the safety culture of prefecture-level hospitals.
