摘  要:新冠感染高峰期,我院将普通病区改建为呼吸亚重症病房,收治新冠感染的重症患者。呼吸亚重症病房运行期间,我院采用电子化清单式的台账,仪器设备的专人管理、物资分区放置和清楚标识等管理方式,实现了病房物资供应充足、仪器设备始终处于完好备用状态、物资放置合理、医护人员仪器设备和耗材一次性取用完整率达100%,剩余物资仅占配备物资的1%,所有设备数量无误的精细化管理。At the peak of COVID-19 epidemic,the general wards of our hospital were transformed into respiratory sub-intensive units to treat severe patients infected with COVID-19.During the operation of the respiratory sub-intensive units,our hospital adopted the management methods of electronic ledger,specific person for the management of instruments and equipment,partition placement of facilities with clear identification.It has achieved refined management,including sufficient supplies of ward facility,good standby state of instruments and equipment,rational placement of facilities,and 100%onetime completeness rate of access to equipment and consumables for medical staffs.The remaining facilities only accounted for 1%of the allocation,and the number of all equipment was errorless.
