摘　　要：为解决料浆法饲料级磷酸二氢钙生产工艺存在的问题,以及提高饲料级磷酸钙盐装置产量,对装置进行技术改造,采用直接法生产磷酸二氢钙。介绍技改工艺方案、投资,以及技改效益。通过技改,产品能耗大大降低,吨产品成本下降215.2元,产品产量提高13.1万t/a,装置经济效益提升。In order to solve the problems exiting in the production process of feed grade granular calcium dihydrogen phosphate using slurry process,and increase the output of feed grade calcium phosphate plant,the direct method is adopted through technical transformation.The technical transformation process plan,investment and benefits are introduced.Through technical transformation,the energy consumption of the product has been greatly reduced,the cost of per ton product has decreased by 215.2 Yuan RMB,the product output has increased by 131000 t/a,and the economic benefits of the device have been improved.
