摘　　要：建立二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定饲料添加剂磷酸氢钙中六价铬含量,研究样品前处理方法、显色反应溶液酸度、反应温度、反应时间等对测定结果的影响。结果表明,采用盐酸溶液(1+4)对磷酸氢钙进行分解,用氨水作参比消除铁、镁等离子的干扰,控制显色反应溶液氢离子浓度为0.05~0.30 mol/L、显色时间10 min、波长540 nm,用10mm吸收池测定,方法检出限为0.14μg,样品加标回收率为95%~102%。A diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric method for the determination of hexavalent chromium content in feed additive calcium hydrogen phosphate is established,and the effects of sample pretreatment methods,solution acidity for color reaction,reaction temperature,reaction time on the determination results are studied.The results show that the decomposition of calcium hydrogen phosphate is carried out using hydrochloric acid solution(1+4),and the interference of iron magnesium plasma is eliminated using ammonia water as a reference.The hydrogen ion concentration in the color reaction solution is controlled to be 0.05-0.30 mol/L,the color reaction time is 10 minutes,and the wavelength is 540 nm,the calibration curve of chromium is measured using a 10 mm absorption cell.The detection limit of the method is 0.14μg.The recovery rate is between 95%to 102%.
