摘　　要：流式细胞术在临床血液及免疫相关疾病的精准诊治中具有重要作用。随着流式细胞仪普及程度的不断提高,临床实验室开展流式细胞术检测,服务临床诊疗的能力和水平也逐渐提升。为适应流式细胞术临床应用的进展和需求,加强质量控制,结合近年来国内外相关领域研究进展,对2013年发表的《流式细胞术的临床应用共识》进行更新,制定此共识。Flow cytometry plays important roles in the precise diagnosis and treatment of hematological and immune-related diseases.With the increasing popularity of flow cytometry in clinical laboratories,the ability and level of carrying out flow cytometry-based detection has also been gradually improving.To adapt to the progress and demand of the clinical application of flow cytometry and to enhance quality control,the consensus on the clinical application of flow cytometry was updated based on the research progress in related fields domestic and abroad in recent years.
