摘  要:由于血脑屏障(blood brain barrier,BBB)的存在,药物递送到大脑仍然具有挑战性。随着仿生型纳米药物递送技术的进步,出现了药物脑部靶向递送的新可能。仿生型纳米药物递送系统具有高效脑靶向性和穿透BBB能力的同时,具有良好的生物相容性和安全性,可以实现药物的“隐形”递送。在这篇综述中,介绍了5种不同类型的仿生策略并回顾了其在中枢神经系统疾病中的研究进展。最后,总结了仿生型纳米递送技术在脑内给药方面面临的挑战和未来的前景。Brain delivery of drugs remains challenging due to the presence of the blood-brain barrier(BBB).With advances in nanotechnology and biotechnology,new possibilities for brain-targeted drug delivery have emerged.Biomimetic nano drug delivery systems with high brain-targeting and BBB-penetrating capabilities,along with good biocompatibility and safety,can enable'invisible'drug delivery.In this review,five different types of biomimetic strategies are presented and their research progress in central nervous system disorders is reviewed.Finally,the challenges and future prospects for biomimetic nano drug delivery systems in intracerebral drug delivery are summarized.
