摘　　要：难治性肛周克罗恩病(CD)是CD治疗的难点,也是影响患者生活质量的重要因素。由于病情复杂,治疗困难,在治疗规范上还缺乏一致意见。本文概括了难治性肛周CD内科治疗和外科治疗的基本要点和总原则,强调多学科团队(MDT)在治疗过程中的作用以及转流性肠造口和结直肠切除术中应把握的基本原则,旨在提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量。Refractory perianal Crohn′s disease(CD)is difficult to treat and also an important factor affecting the quality of life of patients.Due to the complexity of the condition and difficulty in treatment,there is still a lack of consensus on treatment standards.This article summarizes the basic points and overall principles of internal and surgical treatments for refractory perianal CD and emphasize the role of multidisciplinary team(MDT)in the treatment process,as well as the basic principles that should be mastered during diverting enterostomy and total colorectal resection,with the aim of improving treatment effectiveness and quality of life.
