摘　　要：河流是自然系统的重要组成部分,建设造福人民的幸福河,是人与自然和谐共生的应有之义。基于人与自然和谐共生的理念,着眼于人与河流关系演化历史,提出了幸福河的内涵要义和主要特征。幸福河是实现人与河流和谐共生时河流所处的状态,通过建立稳定的河流系统,持续为经济社会发展提供优质服务供给;幸福河具有人民性、系统性和持续性的特征。Rivers play important role in the natural system.The initiative of the happy river which provides benefits to people is integral component for harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Based on the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and focusing on the evolution history of the relationship between man and river,the connotation and main characteristics of happy river are put forward.The Happy River indicates that rivers should be in a state of harmoniously coexisted with people.By establishing a stable river system,it shall continuously provide high-quality services and water supply for economic and social development.Therefore the happy river has features of being people-oriented,systematic and sustainable.
