摘　　要：河南省自2018年开展地下水超采区综合治理试点工作取得了一定成效。科学合理的绩效评估是后续稳步推广地下水超采区综合治理工作的保障。本着定性与定量相结合、代表性与可操作性相结合的原则,利用层次分析法、专家咨询法,构建了河南省地下水超采区综合治理试点绩效评价指标体系,进一步分析了地下水压采综合成效,总结了河南省地下水超采区综合治理试点工作的有益经验,并提出了相关问题建议,以期为华北地下水超采区综合治理提供借鉴。In 2018,Henan Province carried out the pilot project of comprehensive treatment of groundwater overexploitation areas,and achieved certain objectives.Scientiffc and reasonable performance evaluation can guarantee the subsequent steady promotion of comprehensive management of groundwater overexploitation areas.By combining qualitative and quantitative,representativeness and operability,using the analytic hierarchy process and expert consultation method,the performance evaluation indicators for the pilot comprehensive treatment of groundwater overexploitation areas in Henan Province were constructed.This paper further analyzes the comprehensive effect of groundwater exploration depress,summarizes the beneficial experience of the pilot work of comprehensive management of groundwater overexploitation areas in Henan Province.Relevant suggestions were also proposed in order to provide reference for comprehensive management of groundwater overexploitation areas in North China.
