摘 要:国内智能化楼宇系统中仍存在系统分散的问题,设备及控制系统进口比例较大,各分系统独立运行工作,内部间无交流与通信,设备在系统中不能最大化发挥作用,设备冗余及多种控制器的增加也造成资源的浪费。本文通过使用国产化控制器搭载国产化软件,在北京长城大厦搭建微型环境,模拟了国产控制系统在楼宇系统的应用,实现楼宇系统建筑设备一体化控制,达到了合理利用设备、节省能源的目的。国产化控制系统的应用不仅提高了设备的运行安全性,而且保障了设备的稳定性。There is still a problem of system dispersion in domestic intelligent building systems,with a large proportion of imported equipment and control systems.Each subsystem operates independently and there is no internal communication or communication,resulting in equipment not being able to maximize its effectiveness in the system.Equipment redundancy and the increase in multiple controllers also result in resource waste.In this paper,the application of the domestic control system in the building system is simulated by using the home-made controller equipped with home-made software to build a micro environment in the Great Wall Building in Beijing,and the integrated control of building equipment in the building system is realized,so as to achieve the purpose of rational use of equipment and energy saving.The application of domestic control system not only improves the operation security of equipment,but also guarantees the stability.
