摘 要:某厂连铸机生产碳含量0.09%~0.16%的钢种过程中存在严重的结晶器液面波动现象,因液面波动问题导致铸坯取消热装计划,板坯追加修磨较多。由于钢种本身的收缩特性,生产过程中结晶器液面波动大导致保护渣润滑不良,坯壳在结晶器内冷却不均匀,包晶钢液面波动问题一直未得到有效解决,质量损失较大。为此,本文针对包晶钢液面波动问题对液面控制系统进行升级优化,通过增加防鼓肚模型和防堵塞功能解决了连铸机液面波动问题,保证了连铸机生产的连续性和稳定性。In the process of producing steel with carbon content of 0.09%~0.16%by continuous casting machine in a factory,the phenomenon of mold liquid level fluctuation is serious.Because of the liquid level fluctuation,the hot charging plan of casting billet is cancelled and the slab is subjected to more additional grinding.Due to the shrinkage characteristics of the steel itself,the large liquid level fluctuation of the mold in the production process leads to poor lubrication of the protective slag,and the billet shell is not cooled evenly in the mold,the problem of liquid level fluctuation of the peritectic steel has not been effectively solved,resulting in a large quality loss.Therefore,this paper upgrades and optimizes the liquid level control system for the problem of liquid level fluctuations in peritectic steel.By adding anti-bulging model and anti-clog function,the liquid level fluctuation of the continuous casting machine was solved and the continuity and stability of the continuous casting machine was guaranteed.
