摘  要:为降低矿井皮带空载、轻载条件下的电力能耗,本文采用变频调速技术与激光视频监测技术相结合的方式优化改进电动机,提高对皮带煤流系统的监测准确度,建立井上下远程自动监控系统,设置皮带不同煤流量与带速的对应区间,通过煤流监测反馈控制皮带实现自动变频调速,将皮带运行小时能耗降低至原来的64.4%,为矿井节约电费成本194.3万元/年。In order to reduce the power consumption of the mine belt under no-load and light load conditions,this paper adopts a combination of variable frequency speed regulation technology and laser video monitoring technology to optimize and improve the motor and improve the monitoring accuracy of the belt coal flow system.The remote automatic monitoring system up and down the well is established to set the corresponding interval of different coal flow and speed of the belt.Through the coal flow monitoring feedback control belt to realize automatic frequency control,the belt operation hours energy consumption reduced to 64.4%of the original,saving the electricity cost of the mine 1.943 million yuan/year.
