摘　　要：为提高砖块的机械强度、抗压强度和防水隔音性能,本文介绍了一种非切割式一体成型蒸压泡沫混凝土砖的生产工艺(该工艺与常规方法最大的不同在于砖块的成型方式),详细设计了脱模工序(包括机械部分和动力部分),并进行了实验论证。实践证明,该工艺虽然增加了一定的生产成本,但大大延长了砖块的使用寿命,增强了砖块的机械性能,并且该工艺实现了生产过程的自动化控制,其中,自动拆模程序的运用大大提高了工作效率,节省了人工成本。In order to improve the mechanical strength,compressive strength and waterproof and soundproof performance of bricks,this paper introduces a non-cutting one-piece molding autoclaved foam concrete bricks production process(the biggest difference between this process and the conventional method lies in the molding method of bricks),designs the demolding process in detail(including the mechanical part and the power part),and carries on the experimental demonstration.Practice has proved that the process has greatly improved the service life and mechanical properties of the bricks,although it has increased the production cost to a certain extent,and the process has realized the automated control of the production process,in which the use of the automatic demoulding procedure greatly improves the working efficiency and saves the labor cost.
