摘 要:循环硫化床锅炉技术凭借自身节能性、高效性等特征,被广泛应用于各行业,能有效控制燃煤锅炉技术能源消耗。但从目前循环硫化床锅炉技术运行情况来看,其应用时间较短,且存在许多问题,给其运行效率带来了不同程度的影响。基于此,本文以某厂480 t/h循环流化床锅炉为主要研究对象,分析锅炉在运行中存在的问题,如滚筒冷渣器排渣困难、燃煤粒度控制不合理、灰飞和底渣含碳量较高等,结合实际运行数据,合理调整锅炉一次配风、二次配风,控制入炉燃煤粒径配比,加强锅炉日常维护工作,保证锅炉运行的稳定性。The circulating fluidized bed boiler technology is widely used in various industries due to its energy-saving and high-efficiency characteristics,and can effectively control the energy consumption of coal-fired boiler technology.However,based on the current operating situation of circulating fluidized bed boiler technology,its application time is relatively short and there are many problems,which have brought varying degrees of impact on its operating efficiency.Based on this,this paper takes the 480 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of a certain factory as the main research object,analyzes the problems that exist in the operation of the boiler,such as difficulty in slag discharge by the drum slag cooler,unreasonable control of coal particle size,high carbon content in ash fly and bottom slag.Combining with actual operation data,the primary and secondary air distribution of the boiler are reasonably adjusted,the proportion of coal particle size entering the furnace is controlled,and daily maintenance work of the boiler is strengthened to ensure the stability of boiler operation.
