摘 要:常规的电气柜接线检错方法大多采用逻辑检错原理,自动化程度和检测结果准确度较低,检错耗时较长。本文引入机器视觉,以低压电气柜为例,提出了一种全新的接线自动检错方法,首先,利用机器视觉,采集与预处理低压电气柜图像,将图像拼接为完整的全景图像,提取接线表面编号字符图像特征信息,在此基础上,基于自动化技术,对低压电气柜接线位置进行自动检错。实验结果表明,该方法可行性较高,优势较大,接线检测准确率可达99.35%,且完成自动检错耗时较短,检错准确率与效率显著提升。Most of the conventional electrical cabin et wiring error detection methods adopt the logical error detection principle,with low degree of automation,low accuracy of detection results,and long time for error detection.This paper introduces machine vision,and takes low-voltage electrical cabinet as an example,proposes a new method of automatic wiring error detection.First,use machine vision to collect and preprocess the images of low voltage electrical cabinet,splice the images into a complete panoramic image,and extract the image feature information of the number characters on the wiring surface.On this basis,based on automation technology,the wiring position of low-voltage electrical cabinet is automatically detected.According to the experimental results,this method is highly feasible and has significant advantages.The accuracy of wiring detection can reach 99.35%,and the completion of automatic error detection takes less time.The accuracy and efficiency of error detection have been significantly improved.
