摘 要:本文以煤矿中使用的ZY29000/45/100D型液压支架掩护梁为研究对象,利用Creo和ANSYS软件建立了掩护梁的疲劳分析有限元模型,分析发现掩护梁不同位置的疲劳寿命分布不均匀,中间位置的寿命相对较短,最短的疲劳寿命为97 366次。通过在中间区域设置2根纵向加强筋,优化改进掩护梁,改进后掩护梁最短疲劳寿命增加到659582次。将新的掩护梁结构应用到液压支架工程实践中,经3个月时间的工业验证,发现具有良好的运行效果,其使用寿命预计可以延长3倍以上,为企业创造了良好的安全效益和经济效益。This paper takes the ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support shield beam used in coal mines as the research object,and establishes a fatigue analysis finite element model of the shield beam using Creo and ANSYS software.The analysis found that the fatigue life distribution at different positions of the shield beam is uneven,and the life at the middle position is relatively short,with the shortest fatigue life of 97366 times.Optimize and improve the cover beam by setting two longitudinal reinforcing bars in the middle area.After improvement,the minimum fatigue life of the shield beam has been increased up to 659582 times.The new shield beam structure was applied to the hydraulic support engineering practice,and after three months of industrial verification,it was found to have good operating effects.Its service life is expected to be extended by more than three times,creating good safety and economic benefits for the enterprise.
