摘 要:本文以煤矿提升机1×7+IWS结构的钢丝绳为研究对象,模拟和分析了相同轴向载荷下断丝数对应力分布的影响,并探讨了钢丝绳的断丝规律,在SolidWorks软件的基础上,建立了钢丝绳的三维模型,将该模型导入ABAQUS软件中,建立了钢丝绳的有限元模型,首先,在绳索上施加5000 N的轴向张力,模拟和分析应力分布,找出应力分布最大的钢丝,在负荷不变的情况下截断1根钢丝,然后进行有限元模拟,并重复该步骤。结果表明,随着断丝数量的增加,钢丝绳的冯-米塞斯应力急剧增加,其应力分布集中在其余未断裂的钢丝上,对钢丝绳的安全性形成了威胁。This paper takes the steel wire rope with the structure of 1x7+IWS of the coal mine hoist as the research object,simulates and analyzes the influence of the number of broken wires on the stress distribution under the same axial load,and explores the wire rope's wire breakage law.On the basis of SolidWorks software,the three-dimensional model of the wire rope is established.The model was imported into ABAQUS software,and the finite element model of the wire rope was established.Firstly,an axial tension of 5000N is applied to the rope,and the stress distribution is simulated and analyzed to find out the wire with the largest stress distribution.Then cut a wire with the same load,run the finite element simulation again,and repeat the procedure.The results show that with the increase of the number of broken wires,the Von-Mises stress of the wire rope increases sharply,and its stress distribution is concentrated on the remaining unbroken wires,posing a threat to the safety of the wire rope.
