摘　　要：内蒙古太平矿业有限公司采用堆浸工艺提金,矿石堆浸面积庞大,氰化钠用量较高,导致生产成本居高不下。为进一步降本增效,该公司进行了工艺优化,应用了有效面积滴淋法。详细介绍了有效面积滴淋法及其在堆浸工艺中应用条件、指标控制等。此方法的成功应用,有效降低了药剂用量,年节约药剂成本5514万元,效果显著。Inner Mongolia Pacific Mining Co.,Ltd.uses a heap leaching process for gold extraction.The large area of ore heap leaching and high sodium cyanide consumption result in high production costs.To further reduce costs and increase efficiency,the company has optimized the process and implemented the effective area dripping method.This paper introduces in detail the application conditions of the effective area dripping method in heap leaching process and the control of various indexes.The successful application of the method effectively reduces the dosage of reagents,saving 55.14 million yuan in reagent costs with significant results.
