摘　　要：职业院校毕业生返乡就业创业是职业教育服务乡村振兴的人才保障之一。为深入了解职业院校毕业生返乡就业意愿及影响因素,采用问卷方式对12所职业院校已毕业和不同年级在校学生进行问卷调查,并对回收的1021份有效问卷进行分析。研究结果显示,影响职业院校毕业生返乡就业创业的因素主要来自于就业环境、岗位性质、舆论支持、家庭支持、政策扶持和感知风险。It is apparent that graduates from vocational colleges returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship is one of the talent guarantees for vocational education to serve rural revitalization.In order to gain an in-depth understanding of graduates’willingness to return to their hometowns for employment and the factors influencing them,the paper tries to conduct a questionnaire survey on graduated and enrolled students of different grades in 12 vocational colleges.The aim is to analyze the 1021 valid questionnaires collected.Results show that the factors influencing graduates from vocational colleges to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship arise from employment environment,policy support,public opinion support,family support and perceived risks.
