基于城乡等值理念的城市近郊区连片乡村规划研究——以常熟虞山风景片区特色精品乡村示范区规划为例

摘　　要：本文针对资源条件较好、近期保留的城市近郊地区乡村,基于城乡等值理念,提出城乡功能互补、城乡生态互联、城乡文化互显、城乡风貌互应、城乡设施共享策略。结合江苏省特色田园乡村示范区建设的契机,以常熟虞山地区周边连片村庄为实例,为同类地区乡村规划建设提供有益的参考。This paper focuses on the rural areas near the city with good resource conditions and recently retained,based on the concept of urban and rural equivalence,proposes the strategies of complementation of urban and rural functions,interconnection of urban and rural ecology,mutual display of urban and rural culture,mutual response of urban and rural features,and sharing of urban and rural facilities.Combining with the opportunity of characteristic rural demonstration construction in Jiangsu Province,this paper takes the surrounding contiguous villages of Changshu Yushan area as an example,providing reference for rural planning and construction in similar areas.
