摘  要:国内某核电站采用60Hz屏蔽主泵,主泵由变频器提供软启动、正常运行和停机所需电源。变频器故障不可用将直接导致停机、停堆,变频器的可靠性是制约电站发电的关键因素。自商运以来,该核电站变频器发生数次控制系统故障导致停堆,已影响电站的经济和稳定运行。受该核电站委托,远大联合该电站对当前变频器难点和痛点进行设计创新和改进,采取三几余控制系统,并且在此基础上实现了控制器之间的无缝切换和在线更换,对比当前该核电站变频器具备一定的设计优势。A certain nuclear power plant in China adopts 60Hz shielded main pumps,which are powered by inverter for soft start,normal operation and shutdown.The reliability of the inverter is a crucial factor for the power generation of the plant as a failure in the converters could directly lead to turbine shutdown and reactor trip.Since it's commercial operation,the plant has experienced several control system failures in the inverter,resulting in reactor trips and negatively impacting the plant's economic and stable operation.Commissioned by the nuclear power plant,we have collaborated with the plant to design innovations and improvements for the current challenges and pain points of the inverter.A three-redundant control system has been implemented,along with seamless switching and online replacement capabilities between controllers.ln comparison to the current inverter at the nuclear power plant,these advancements provide certain design advantages.
