摘  要:针对现有拉索断丝检测指标维度单一问题,利用磁记忆弱漏磁检测技术对拉索断丝进行多维度无损检测。采用37根钢丝组成的平行钢丝束来模拟拉索试件,检测分析了径向断丝深度与轴向、环向断丝宽度的漏磁信号。研究表明:轴向漏磁信号BX能够判断径向断丝位置及其深度走势,同时能够定性表征轴向断丝宽度变化。法向漏磁信号BZ-L曲线的峰谷差值与轴向断丝宽度存在良好线性关系,各工况直线拟合率均大于0.984,根据波峰值与波谷值,可实现轴向断丝宽度的定量化表征。环向断丝宽度与BZ-L曲线峰谷差值也存在良好对应关系。仿真模拟结果与试验分析结果相吻合。In response to the existing problem of single dimension of cable breakage detection index,a multidimensional non-destructive inspection of cable breakage is carried out using magnetic memory weak leakage detection technology.A parallel wire bundle consisting of 37 steel wires was used to simulate the cable specimen.The leakage magnetic signals of the radial wire breakage depth and the axis as well as the circumferential breakage width were measured and analyzed.The results show that the axial leakage signal BX can determine the location of radial wire breakage and its depth trend,and it can also qualitatively characterize the change of axial wire breakage width.The peak-to-valley value of the normal leakage signal BZ-L curve has a good linear relationship with the axial wire breakage width.The linear fit of each condition is higher than 0.984.Based on the peak and valley values of the BZ-L curve,a quantitative characterization of the axial wire breakage width can be achieved.A good correspondence also exists between the circumferential wire breakage width and the peak-to-valley value of the BZ-L curve.The simulation results match with the experimental analysis.
