自来水厂尾泥的光催化改性及其制备的纸板材料性能

摘  要:为了缓解国内自来水厂尾泥的处置问题和造纸用原材料资源紧缺的现象,本研究提出了一种自来水厂尾泥光催化改性处理并应用于造纸填料的解决办法。首先对自来水厂尾泥进行成分和粒径分析,其次利用光催化技术处理自来水厂尾泥,探讨催化剂含量、光催化温度对其光催化反应效率的影响规律。最后,添加30%光催化改性处理后的自来水厂尾泥作为造纸填料制备新型低成本且高性能的纸包装材料。实验发现光催化处理可以有效减少尾泥21.5%有机化合物含量。光催化处理后的尾泥可以填充于纸纤维的空隙中,增强纤维之间的连接。光催化处理后尾泥制备的纸板的抗张指数为20.11 N·m·g^(-1),较纯纤维纸板的提高了19.28%,较未光催化处理的尾泥制备的纸板提高了34.43%。光催化处理后生物质填料的留着率为75.86%,较未处理尾泥的生物质填料提高了79.42%。光催化处理后尾泥制备后纸板也就具备优良的热稳定性。This paper provides a new idea of applying sludge to papermaking filler after harmless treatment,which can alleviate the disposal problem of domestic water sludge and the scarcity of raw material resources for paper making.In this paper,the composition and particle size distribution of the sludge were studied.The sludge of the water plant was treated by photocatalysis,and the influence of catalyst content and photocatalytic temperature on the photocatalytic efficiency was analyzed.A new type of low-cost and highperformance paper packaging material was prepared by using the photocatalytically modified sludge as a papermaking filler.The results showed that photocatalytic treatment can effectively reduce the organic content rate in the sludge by 21.5%.That the sludge after photocatalytic treatment was used as a papermaking filler to fill the voids of paper fibers.The tensile index of paperboard prepared by biomass particles after photocatalytic treatment was 20.11 N·m·g^(-1),which was 19.28%higher than the 16.86 N·m·g^(-1)of pure fiber paperboard and 34.43%higher than that with the untreated biomass particles.The retention rate of biomass particles after photocatalytic treatment was 75.86%,which was an increase of 79.42%compared with the untreated biomass particles.The loss rate of the paperboard made of photocatalytically treated biomass particles was small and its thermal stability was excellent.
