摘 要:为满足重载铁路需求,充分利用铬、铌在钢中的作用,通过实验室小炉试验钢冶炼和性能研究,在高碳钢轨钢中加入铬等强化元素和稀土,研制开发了高碳重载铁路用钢轨。钢轨性能指标:抗拉强度不小于1330 MPa,延伸率不小于9%,轨头踏面硬度(HBW)不小于390,其他性能满足BT/T 2344—2012标准要求。试制结果表明,该钢轨生产工艺顺行,性能达到技术要求,满足重载线路的需要。In order to meet the demands of heavy haul railways as well as make full use of the functions of chromium and niobium in steel,the high carbon rail for heavy haul railway is researched and developed by adding such strengthening elements as chromium and rare earth into high carbon rail steels through smelting the test steel with laboratory furnace and performance study.The performance indexes of rail are that the tensile strength is not less than 1330 MPa,elongation is not less than 9%,tread hardness of rail head(HBW)is not less than 390 and other properties could meet the requirements of standard BT/T 2344—2012.The results of trial production showed that the production process of the rail was trouble free and performances could meet the technical requirements,which could satisfy the needs of heavy haul railway.
