民国时期政府机构档案装订形式研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：装订是档案整理工作的基础环节,也是影响档案实体保管质量的重要因素,研究民国档案装订规范有利于了解民国时期档案的整理与归档制度。文章以中国第二历史档案馆、江苏省档案馆、苏州大学档案馆馆藏民国档案为调研对象,按不同时期选取300卷(件)档案作为研究样本,对民国时期档案装订形式、材料、要求及应用情况展开研究。研究发现,民国档案的装订要求体现了档案管理的基本思想,装订形式的演变体现了传承、扬弃与创新,对后世具有深远影响,还应在重新整理中“整旧如旧”。Binding is the basic link of archives sorting and an important factor that affects the quality of archive storage.Studying the binding norms of archives during the Republic of China period is conducive to understanding the sorting and archiving system during that period.This article takes the archives during the Republic of China period collected by the Second Historical Archives of China,the Archives of Jiangsu Province and the Archives of Soochow University as research objects,selects 300 volumes(pieces)of archives as research samples according to different periods,and studies the binding forms,materials,requirements and application of archives during the Republic of China period.The research shows that the requirements of archives binding reflect the basic idea of archival management,and the evolution of archival binding forms reflects inheritance,sublation and innovation processes.The forms of archival binding in this period have a profound impact on future generations and should be reorganized and kept"as old as before"in the new era.
