摘 要:试验旨在探索纳米氧化锌对球虫感染雏鸡的生长发育、肠道损伤程度、肝功能、肾功能等生化指标的影响。试验选择8日龄雏鸡50只随机分为5组,每组10只鸡。对照组、感染组雏鸡灌胃生理盐水0.5 mL/只,各纳米氧化锌组雏鸡分别灌胃0.5mL的10、20、30 mg/kg的纳米氧化锌。灌胃14 d后进行球虫攻虫,除对照组外其余组每只雏鸡采用5×10^(4)个球虫卵囊经口内攻毒,攻毒后7 d检测各项指标。结果显示,与感染组相比,40 mg/kg纳米氧化锌组雏鸡平均体重升高,粪便中的卵囊数量显著降低(P<0.05);雏鸡的脾脏、法氏囊指数显著提升(P<0.05)。与感染组相比,40 mg/kg纳米氧化锌组雏鸡血清的谷丙转氨酶活性、尿素氮含量显著升高(P<0.05),10 mg/kg纳米氧化锌组雏鸡血清的谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),20 mg/kg、40 mg/kg纳米氧化锌组雏鸡血清的丙二醛含量显著升高(P<0.05),各纳米氧化锌组雏鸡血清肌酐含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,纳米氧化锌能够防治鸡球虫病。The experiment was to explore the effect of nano-ZnO on growth and development,intestinal injury,liver function,kidney function and other biochemical indexes of coccidial infected chicks.Fifty eight-day-old chicks were divided into five groups,with 10 chicks in each group.The chicks in control group and the infected group were intragaxed with 0.5 mL of normal saline,and the chicks in nano-ZnO groups were intragaxed with 0.5 mL of 10,20,30 mg/kg nano-ZnO,respectively.After 14 d of intragastric administration,each chick in each group except control group was attacked orally with 5×10^(4)coccidium oocysts,and the indexes were detected 7 d after attack.The results showed that compared with infected group,the average body weight of chicks in 40 mg/kg nano-ZnO group increased and the number of oocysts in feces decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with infected group,40 mg/kg nano-ZnO significantly increased the index of spleen and bursa fabricius in chicks(P<0.05).Compared with infection group,40 mg/kg nano-ZnO significantly increased glutamic pyruvic transaminase activity and urea nitrogen content in chicks(P<0.05),10 mg/kg nano-ZnO significantly increased glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activity in chicks(P<0.05),20 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg nano-ZnO significantly increased malondialdehyde content in chicks(P<0.05),and serum creatinine content of chicks in nano-ZnO groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that nano-ZnO can prevent chicken coccidiosis.
