摘  要:研究旨在探讨不同饲料投喂对白甲乌鳢生长性能、肠道结构及其消化酶活性的影响。试验选取规格均匀的白甲乌鳢幼鱼270尾,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。3组幼鱼分别投喂冰鲜鱼肉(鱼肉组)、冰鲜鱼肉+配合饲料(混合组)和配合饲料(饲料组)。试验期60 d。结果显示,试验期间各组白甲乌鳢的存活率均为100%。鱼肉组和混合组白甲乌鳢的增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数均显著高于饲料组(P<0.05)。各试验组白甲乌鳢肠道褶皱和肌层结构完整,未见坏死脱落。相同视野内鱼肉组白甲乌鳢肠道杯状细胞数量明显增多,且皱褶数量和环肌厚度显著高于饲料组(P<0.05)。鱼肉组蛋白酶活性显著高于饲料组(P<0.05),脂肪酶活性显著高于饲料组和混合组(P<0.05),淀粉酶活性显著低于饲料组和混合组(P<0.05)。研究表明,投喂鱼肉可明显提高白甲乌鳢肠道消化吸收能力和生长性能。The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of different diets on growth performance,intestinal structure and digestive enzyme activities of Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra.A total of 270 Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra with uniform specifications were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.The young fish in the three groups were fed with chilled fish(fish group),chilled fish+compound feed(mixed group)and compound feed(feed group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 d.The results showed that the survival rate of all groups was 100%.The weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed coefficient in fish group and mixed group were significantly higher than those in feed group(P<0.05).The intestinal fold and muscle layer structure of the experimental groups were complete,and no necrosis was observed.The number of intestinal cup cells in the fish group was significantly increased,and the number of folds and annulus muscle thickness were significantly higher than those in the feed group in the same field of view(P<0.05).The protease activity of fish group was significantly higher than that of feed group(P<0.05),the lipase activity was significantly higher than that of feed group and mixed group(P<0.05),and the amylase activity was significantly lower than that of feed group and mixed group(P<0.05).The study indicates that feeding fish can significantly improve intestinal digestion and absorption capacity and growth performance of Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra.
