摘 要:肠道微生物菌群在维持宿主生理动态平衡、促进免疫系统发育和调节宿主代谢方面起着关键作用。肠道微生物菌群的分布和组成与宿主共同进化,通过对肠道内特定营养环境的利用,依靠种间、种内及与宿主的相互作用,形成稳定的微生物菌群。肠道微生物菌群受到宿主各种生理因素的微妙影响。文章综述了猪肠道微生物菌群与营养代谢之间的双向调节,主要包括菌群与碳水化合物、蛋白质、和脂肪代谢之间的作用机制,将肠道菌群作为调控靶点可以促进猪日粮营养的吸收利用,为生猪健康养殖及高效生产提供参考。Gut microbiota plays a pivotal role in maintaining the host physiological homeostasis and promoting immune system development and regulating host metabolism.The distribution and composition of gut microbiota might co-evolve with the host,relying on the utilization of specific nutrient environments in the gut,interactions inter species,intra species and host,to form a stable microbiota,which is subtly influenced by various physiological factors of the host.The review aimed to outline the bidirectional regulation between gut microbiota and nutrient metabolism in swine,mainly including the mechanisms of action between microbiota and carbohydrate,protein,and lipid metabolism.Using gut microbiota as a regulatory target can promote the absorption and utilization of diet nutrients in swine,to provide reference for healthy pig breeding and efficient production.
